Organic Shea Nut Oil is a by-product of Shea Nut Butter and is obtained from the nuts of the Karite tree. Shea nut oil is produced by lightly heating Shea Nut Butter to separate the fractionated and non-fractionated make up. The fractionated material is then fully refined.

Common Uses: Shea nut oil is a great natural emollient that contains a high level of vitamins A, E, F and oleic fatty acid. Shea nut oil may help with skin irritations, promotes skin elasticity is favorable for massage therapists in the use of hot oil treatments.
Absorption: Absorbs into the skin at an average speed and leaves a light sheen feel.
